In June 2018 the largest private investment in Greece valued at 5 billion USD, was announced for the order of up to 42 new generation aircraft of the A320neo family from Airbus. Our goal is to continue investing in our fleet, and to enhance one of our main competitive advantages – the low average age of our aircraft. Our fleet undergoes meticulous day-by-day maintenance in our modern hangar facilities by the Technical Department, consisting of specialized and well-trained aircraft technicians, mechanics and aeronautical/mechanical engineers. Every aircraft in AEGEAN’s fleet is equipped with the latest and most sophisticated safety systems, including TCAS (Traffic Collision Avoidance System) and TAWS (Terrain Awareness and Warning System). Also, in AEGEAN we care about the environment and make constant upgrades in order to reduce noise, emissions, and fuel consumption. AEGEAN fleet consists of 5 AIRBUS A320neo, 5 AIRBUS A321neo, 28 AIRBUS A320, 9 AIRBUS A321, 2 Dash 8-100, 6 Dash 8-Q400, 2 ATR 42-600 and 3 ATR 72-600.

Economy GoLight

Passengers are allowed 1 piece of hand luggage (8kg). Infants (0-2 years old) are allowed 1 piece of hand luggage, and 1 collapsible stroller.

Economy Flex

Passengers are allowed 1 piece of hand luggage (8kg), as well as 1 checked bag (23kg). Infants (0-2 years) are allowed 1 piece of hand baggage with the necessary baby equipment for the journey, one piece of baggage (23kg) and 1 collapse/ fold-up stroller.

Business Class

Passengers are allowed 2 pieces of luggage, each piece weighing 32kg. Infants (0-2 years) are allowed 1 piece of hand baggage with the necessary baby equipment for the journey, one piece of baggage (23kg) and 1 collapse/ fold-up stroller.

Miles & Bonus/ Star Alliance Gold:

These passengers are allowed to have 1 piece of luggage (32/23kg, depending on booked fare).

The times and the methods used for check-in vary according to the airport of travel.

There are various options made available to passengers. For your convenience these consist of: web check-in, mobile check-in, self check-in kiosks, and check-in counters at the airport.

All online check-in options are available 48 hours to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time of departures.

Self check-in at the airport allows you to check in between 24 hours to 30 minutes before the flight scheduled departure times using the Self Service Kiosks.

Passengers are required to board their flights 20 minutes before scheduled flight departure.

Cabin Classes

Economy Class:

There are two categories under Economy Class:

GoLight

This option is for those who are travelling for one or a few days. Your ticket will not be refundable in case of cancellation.

Flex

With this option you are able to travel with more flexibility, as you can change your ticket as many times as you want without paying a rebooking fee.

Business Class:

This is catered to those who are looking for more comfort and added quality services, selective to Business Class passengers only.
